Clients may reach us by phone, video conference, e-mail, courier, or US mail.
How will I receive my completed work?
When necessary, we upload to a secure cloud environment dependent upon the client’s needs.
How do you charge?
We charge by the hour. We have an hourly technical rate, an hourly consulting rate, and an hourly rate for project management. Retainer clients realize a savings off our hourly rates depending upon the number of hours they engage us for each month.
Do you have special rates or packages available?

Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept credit cards, as well as ACH, check or PayPal.
What are your payment policies?
A deposit and a signed Service Agreement is required before work can begin. The balance is due at the time of delivery of the work. Contact us for more information about our policies.
